Castors, also known as spinner wheels or rollers, are a type of caster that is widely used in home appliance .
There are differnet parts from the castors:
Wheel body: The wheel body is the basic part of the caster, which is usually made of hard materials such as rubber, nylon, polypropylene, polyurethane. Its main role is to support the weight of the equipment and roll on the ground, thus realizing the movement of the equipment.
Axle: An axle is the part that connects the wheel body to the equipment and is usually made of metal. It allows the wheel body to rotate freely, which ensures that the equipment can move smoothly.
Bearing: The bearing is located between the axle and the wheel body, and its role is to reduce friction and make the wheel body rotate more smoothly on the wheel axle.
Base: The base is the part where the casters connect to the device and is usually made of metal. It has one or more mounting holes for securing the casters to the device.
Dust cap: The dust cap can be used to prevent hair sand and gravel from entering the bearing and affecting the use.
Brake device: divided into side brake, double brake, etc., which can stop the casters well.
Shock absorption device: spring shock absorption (divided into single spring shock absorption and double spring shock absorption), rubber block shock absorption, etc.
